For orders purchased from our online wholesale store: www.cowpots.com we will consider a return request based on the following conditions:
Did you order the wrong product or decided you no longer wanted this item? We will accept a return only if it is a full case count. If the case has been opened and pots have been used or misplaced, we will not accept the return.
The shipping fees incurred to ship the case back to CowPots, 324 Norfolk Road, East Canaan, CT 06024 are the responsibility of the customer. Once the full case is received we will provide a refund or credit for the value of the case as was paid at time of purchase.

Did you receive the wrong product? In the case that your order was mishandled on our end, i.e. you ordered #4 Square Tall CowPots but instead received #4 Round CowPots, please contact us at [email protected]. We will request a picture of the case sticker and contents to determine the product you received. We will then process a replacement case with the proper item at no cost to you. Together with customer we will determine the best way to handle the case shipped in error. And of course, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are human and only occasionally make mistakes.
